We chose Speartek because of Derek’s in-depth knowledge of our back-end systems and industry. Many of the competitors that we interviewed had no knowledge of our back-end systems or industry. Many of them asked us to switch to other programs that would meet their requirements, not ours.

We definitely enjoyed working with the Speartek team, as they have become a business partner who cares about how we conduct business with our customers in a positive way. I also developed a very good personal friendship with Derek, along with a business relationship, as that doesn’t happen every day.
